Here’s how it going to proceed for the final stage…

Dates: 3rd to 5th January, 2011 – Pre-Convention Presentations/ Interviews
Venue : EPIC Board Room
- Teams will be scheduled to brief on their projects, using materials
in accordance with ICC, to a panel of jury.
- Teams will also be ‘interviewed’ by SC/ Management on their
progress, achievements and way forward.
- Top 8 to 10 teams will be chosen to participate in 1st Mini Convention.
- The rest of the teams will be assigned to present in subsequent
conventions to come, to be decided later.


Date : 8th January 2011 – EPIC 1st MEGA Mini Convention for the Top Teams
Venue: Awana Kijal (to be confirmed)
Format: ICC standard, with EPIC’s Management additional criteria
Judges: MPC / EPIC Management
Prizes: Attractive, mysterious, but to be disclosed upon consent of CEO, as the event comes nearer.

Participants and winners of 1st Mini Convention will be considered for individual performance merits.
